این مقاله خلاصه ای از چند بیماری خوش خیم و نادر پستان از جمله بیماری موندور ، ماکرو کیستها، تغییرات فیبروکیستیک، فیبروآدنوما و اختلالات متنوع نوک پستان می باشد که آگاهی از آن سبب تمایز موارد خوش خیم از انواع بدخیم و تسریع در درمان خواهد شد. اکثر بیمارانی که جهت آسیبهای پستانی به پزشک مراجعه می کنند مبتلا به بدخیمی نیستند و فقط ۲۵ درصد از کارسینومای پستانی در زنان زیر ۵۰ سال رخ می دهد.
